Private medical practinioner
As a private medical practitioner I have no contract with the health isurance copmpanies.
The advantages for you as a patient of my private medical practice are:
- early appointment dates
- no or very short waiting times
- a lower number of patients which ensures sufficient time for your concerns to be heard and addressed fully
- very individualized and personal attention
The billing for consultation hours occurs according to the private medical pravtitioner on a contractual basis. As a rule, patients receive an invoice which they settle and then submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
Patients insured with Magistrate Wels do not receive an invoice as the accounts will be settled directly with the Magistrate.
LKUF, Krankenfürsorgen, BVA:
Insured patients receive 90% of the invoice amount reimbursed from the health insurance company and thus have no disadvantage compared to a visit to a panel doctor.
SVA, SVB, VA:
Insured patients receive 80% of the invoice amount reimbursed from the health insurance company and thus have no disadvantage compared to a visit to a panel doctor.
Regional Public Health Insurance:
Insured patients normally receive a reimbursement of 50-60% of the invoice amount from their insurance company.
